• The Officers of the Club shall all be licensed Radio Amateurs and shall consist of:-

  •     a President;

  •     a Vice-President;

  •     a Treasurer;

  •     a Secretary and

  •     an Assistant Secretary.

  The provisions of Rule 23 so far as they are applicable and with the necessary modifications, apply to and in relation to the election of persons to any of the Offices mentioned in sub-clause (1).

  Each Officer of the Club shall hold office until the annual general meeting next after the date of his election but is eligible for re-election.

  In the event of a casual vacancy in the office is referred to a sub-clause (1) the Committee may appoint one of its Members to the vacant office and the Member so appointed may continue in office up to the election of Office Bearers at the annual general meeting next following the date of his appointment.

  Subject to section 23 of these rules, the committee shall consist of:-

  •     the Officers of the Club, and

  •     2 Ordinary Members -

    each of whom shall be elected at the annual general meeting of the Club in each year.

• The work load is not onerous and our general meetings are usually held ad-hoc on a monthly basis.
