Proposed changes to amateur access in the 50–52 MHz and 3.4–3.6 GHz frequency bands


We want to give Standard amateurs access to the 50–52 MHz frequency band. We also want to remove access from Advanced amateurs in the 3.4–3.6 GHz frequency band in areas re-allocated for spectrum licensing.
